We don’t have a call center. We don’t outsource support to a third party. When you reach out, you’re talking to people who use our pillowcases and fitted sheets every day. That means we can answer questions about fabric feel, fit, and care without reading from a script.

If you’re starting a return, we’ll send you a prepaid label and walk you through the process step by step.

We don’t have a knowledge base full of generic articles. We prefer to talk directly. That way, we can address your specific situation — whether it’s a fitted sheet that feels too loose, a pillowcase that doesn’t match your existing set, or a shipping address that changed after you placed your order.

Our location

We’re based in Chicago, Illinois. We don’t have a retail storefront, so we don’t accept walk-ins or in-person pickups. All orders ship from our Midwest warehouse, which we manage directly — no third-party logistics, no drop-shipping. That means we know exactly what’s in stock and when it leaves the building.

If you’re in the Chicago area, we occasionally do local pickup for bulk orders. Send us an email and we’ll let you know if that’s an option for your specific order.

Working with us

We’re not hiring customer service reps at the moment, but we do collaborate with a small network of product testers and occasional writers. If you have a background in textiles, sleep science, or product design, send a brief note with your experience. We’re always interested in talking to people who understand materials and construction — not just marketing.
