Products and pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices on our site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, we do not guarantee that product images exactly represent the final product — color may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable state sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Promotions, discounts, and free shipping offers apply only to qualifying orders and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Product availability
Inventory is updated in real time, but on rare occasions, an item may sell out between the time you add it to your cart and the time you complete checkout. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you within one business day and offer a refund or suggest a similar alternative.
We do not backorder items. If a product is out of stock, it will be clearly marked on the product page. You may sign up for a restock notification, but we do not guarantee availability when restock occurs.
Orders and payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your payment method. You authorize us to charge the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, to your chosen payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, inventory errors, or shipping address verification issues. If we cancel an order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Payment methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Payment is processed through Stripe and PayPal — we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping costs and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier. We will provide tracking information, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, contact the carrier and file a claim.

Returns and refunds
Our return and refund policy is outlined in detail in our Return & Refund Policy. In summary: you have 60 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be clean and undamaged. We cover return shipping for defects or errors; otherwise, a $5.99 fee applies.
We do not accept returns on used, washed, or damaged items beyond normal inspection. We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not comply with our policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and code — is the property of PredictFix and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our express written permission.
