Return & Refund Policy

60-day returns, no questions asked — and we cover the return shipping if it’s our fault.

If you’re not satisfied with your pillowcases or fitted sheets, you have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

We don’t require photos, stories, or lengthy explanations. If it doesn’t work for you, send it back in clean, undamaged condition — and we’ll issue a refund or exchange.

Return window

You have 60 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. If your return is initiated after 60 days, we will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee a refund.

To start a return, email us at Support@predictfix.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will send you a prepaid return label via email within one business day.

Return shipping costs

If you are returning an item for any reason other than a defect or our error, we deduct a flat $5.99 from your refund to cover the cost of the return label. If we made a mistake — wrong size, wrong item, or product defect — we cover the full return shipping cost and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge.

Condition of returned items

We accept returns of items that are in clean, undamaged condition. We understand that you may need to open the package to feel the fabric and check the fit — that is fine. We do not accept returns on items that have been washed, stained, or damaged by misuse.

  • Pillowcases and fitted sheets must be free of pet hair, stains, odors, and excessive wrinkles.
  • All original packaging must be included (the cotton drawstring bag is preferred but not required).
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item shows signs of unreasonable wear.

Refund processing

Once we receive your return, we inspect the item within 2–3 business days. After approval, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit to your account.

Exchanges

If you prefer a different size or color, we offer exchanges. Start the process by emailing us with your order number and the item(s) you want to exchange. We will send you a return label and place the new item on hold for you.

Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order. We charge the $5.99 return shipping fee for change-of-mind exchanges, but the new item ships for free. If you need the replacement urgently, we can ship the new item before we receive the return — just let us know when you contact us.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect — loose seams, broken elastic, discoloration — or if it is damaged during shipping, email us within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all shipping costs.

For shipping damage, we may ask you to take a photo of the packaging and the product to help us file a claim with the carrier. This does not delay your refund — we process your replacement or refund immediately.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days from our approval, first check your bank or credit card statement. Then contact your bank or card issuer — they may have a processing delay. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, email us and we will investigate.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been washed, used beyond opening, or visibly stained.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page).
  • Gift cards or store credit.

How to start a return

To initiate a return or exchange, email Support@predictfix.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange
  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We will respond within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions. You can also use our Contact Us page if you prefer.
