Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders over $39. For orders under $39, a flat rate of $5.99 applies.
We ship from a single warehouse in the Midwest using USPS and UPS. No drop-shipping, no third-party logistics — we manage the inventory and packing ourselves.
Shipping rates
Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional cost — rates vary based on destination and package weight. We do not mark up shipping costs. What we pay the carrier is what you see.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays. If you place an order on a Friday evening, it will ship on Monday (or the next business day).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the label is created. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
Delivery time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take 5–7 business days.
We do not ship internationally at this time — we only deliver to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO military addresses via USPS.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, first check the tracking link provided in your shipping email. If the tracking shows no update for more than 3 business days, email us at Support@predictfix.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Order tracking
You can track your order directly from our Track Order page using your order number and the email address used at checkout. You will also receive tracking updates via email from the carrier, but we know that sometimes those emails end up in spam — so we keep the tracking page simple and accessible.
Address accuracy and changes
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, contact us immediately at Support@predictfix.com. If your order has not yet been packed, we can update the address at no charge. If it has already shipped, we cannot redirect the package — you will need to work with the carrier to arrange delivery.
We recommend double-checking your address before completing your order. We do not charge a fee for address corrections made before shipping.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with neighbors, your building’s front desk, or your local post office. In rare cases, carriers mark packages as delivered a day early. Wait 24 hours and check again.
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer. For damaged items, take a photo of the packaging and the product, and email it to us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll process a replacement or refund as soon as we confirm the damage.

Holiday and peak season delays
During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s), carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend placing orders at least 7–10 days before any holiday to ensure timely delivery. We will post updates on our homepage if we anticipate significant carrier delays.
We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates unless you select an expedited shipping option that includes a delivery guarantee from the carrier. Standard shipping estimates are based on carrier averages, not guarantees.
Returns and exchanges
Shipping costs for returns are covered by us if the return is due to a defect or our error. For exchanges or change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. See our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
